Clinton Towers is a subsidized building located in beautiful rural Clinton only 10 miles from Oakridge Tennessee. If you are 62 years or older or handicapped or disabled, you can enjoy living in one of these spacious one bedroom apartments with many-many amenities. Recently totally redecorated you will love it here. We are just off the Tennessee River and about 10 miles from the Norris Dam. Enjoy activities from a scenic river-walk to boating on the Lake. A short drive from large parks, picnic areas with grills, and paddle boats, on your way to Norris Lake be sure to visit the most interesting Appalachian Museum and Historic Community.

We Have a Service Coordinator on Staff, this is a Member of the Staff that fills in when there is no family to help resolve needs and issues.

Being a subsidized building, your rent is based on your income. With all utilities except for TV (very reduced rate) and Telephone included, your rent will be very affordable.
