- Summit Towers are a subsidized apartments located in Downtown Knoxville.

- We offer spacious one bedroom apartments with many amenities. A Trolley picks up in front of the building every 10 minutes which makes us convenient to groceries, restaurants, retail stores, pharmacies, entertainment and banks. We are also within walking distant of the post office and a public library. The 10 Minute Trolley goes by the public bus transportation.

- We Have a Service Coordinator on Staff This is a Member of the Staff that fills in when there is no family to help resolve needs and issues.

- Subsidized building, your rent is based on your income. With all utilities included except for TV and telephone, your rent will be very affordable.
